29th June 2010 (Tuesday) – Depart from Bangaluru International Airport, By Dragon Air flight KA 153 at 02:40 a.m. till Hong Kong, By Cathay Pacific CX 418 to Inchon
29th June 2010 (Tuesday)- Arrive at Inchon Airport 06:55 p.m.(KST)
Proceed to 11th World TKD Festival & Korea Classic Open 2010
Attend 4th World Taekwondo Culture Expo
Attend Yeongcheon Open
Training will be made available in between the competition dates

The following conditions must be fulfilled while applying:

The applicant must have a valid Indian passport
The applicant must clearly state the category he/ she want to participate & must be qualified to participate in it.

The applicant must have a permission letter from the head of his / her academy or individual coach.

JSTARC will provide the following (Included in the fees collected):

Airfare to & fro: Bangalore Airport-Inchon Airport-Bangalore Airport
Visa
Stay at various locations
2 days Training in world-class Dojangs under the guidance of renowned Korean masters
International Certifications of Training

The Participants will have to arrange the following on their own:

‘Each Participant must carry approx. Rs. 25,000/- to 30,000/- to manage these below mentioned expenses’

The Participants must carry the following:

2 sets of New Uniforms
A track Suit – this will have to be purchased on arrival in Korea. JSTARC will arrange the same at reasonable cost. This measure is to ensure that the team from India will have uniformity in outfits at the international competitions.
Participants must carry All Protective gears of International Standards (WTF Approved) for Kyorugi (Sparring) competitions.
Carry their Colour Belt certificates & Kukkiwon Dan Certificate (whichever applicable).
